Terms of Service Settings

In the Terms of Service Settings tab under Organization Settings, administrators can manage and update the Terms of Service (ToS) content for their organization. This document outlines the rules and guidelines for using the platform, and it’s important to ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.

1. Edit Terms of Service

The Terms of Service editor allows you to easily edit and update your organization’s legal terms. You can use the built-in WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor to write and format the content of your terms.
  • Editor: The editor allows you to add rich content, such as headings, lists, and links, without needing to know HTML.
  • Placeholder: If no content is provided, a placeholder message (“Edit your Terms of Services”) will appear.
  • Content: The current Terms of Service content will be displayed in the editor. If you need to make changes, simply edit the content as required.
Once you have finished editing the terms, make sure to click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Note: The changes you make in this editor will be reflected in the Terms of Service for your organization and available to users when they interact with your platform.

2. Save Changes

After updating the Terms of Service content, click the Save Changes button to store your changes. The updated terms will be saved and applied to your organization’s SpaceMedia instance.
