Privacy Policy Settings
In the Privacy Policy Settings tab under Organization Settings, administrators can edit and update their organization’s Privacy Policy. This document outlines how your organization collects, uses, and protects user data. It is important to ensure that the privacy policy is up-to-date and in compliance with applicable regulations.1. The Privacy Policy editor provides a rich text interface (WYSIWYG) to make editing the privacy policy content easy and straightforward. You can modify the text, format it, and add any necessary sections or links.- Editor: Use the editor to enter or update the privacy policy text. The editor supports rich text features, such as headings, links, lists, and more.
- Placeholder: If no content is provided, a placeholder message (“Edit your privacy policy”) will appear.
- Current Content: The current privacy policy content will be loaded into the editor. You can modify it directly.
Note: The changes you make will be reflected in the privacy policy displayed to users when they interact with your platform.
2. Save Changes
After editing the Privacy Policy content, make sure to click Save Changes to apply your updates. The updated policy will be saved and will be available to your users in the platform’s privacy policy section.This page allows administrators to manage and update the Privacy Policy for their organization, ensuring users are informed about data collection and privacy practices. Using the WYSIWYG editor makes it easy to format and update the content as needed.
