Support Settings
In the Support Settings tab under Organization Settings, administrators can configure the key support contact information that will be used by your organization to communicate with users. These settings ensure that users can easily reach out for assistance and find relevant support resources.1. Default Support Email
The Default Support Email is the email address from which support-related communications will be sent. This email is used for handling user inquiries, notifications, and any other support-related messages.- Enter your organization’s support email address (e.g.,
[email protected]) in the Default Support Email field. - Validation: The email address will be validated to ensure it’s properly formatted.

2. Default Support Phone Number
The Default Support Phone Number is the contact number users can call for support. This number should be reachable by users for phone support or queries.- Enter the phone number in the Default Support Phone Number field.
- Format: The phone number should be in the international format (e.g.,
+1 234 567 890).
Example: +1 234 567 890
3. Contact Form URL
The Contact Form URL is the link to the page on your website where users can submit support requests or inquiries. This URL should direct users to a dedicated support form where they can describe their issues.- Enter the URL for your organization’s contact form in the Contact Form URL field.
Example: https://example.com/contact
4. Help Center URL
The Help Center URL is the link to your organization’s help center or knowledge base, where users can find self-service resources, FAQs, and guides. This helps users quickly find answers to common questions.- Enter the URL for your help center in the Help Center URL field.
Example: https://platform.com/help-center
5. Save Changes
After updating the support email, phone number, contact form URL, and help center URL, click Save Changes to apply the settings. The updated information will be used throughout the platform to help users reach your support team and access resources.This page ensures that your organization can provide users with clear and accessible support options. By configuring these settings, you’ll enable users to contact support via email, phone, and web forms, as well as direct them to your help center for self-service support.
