Support Settings

Support settings define where end users should go when they need help inside the branded portal.

Fields

FieldValidation and behavior
default_support_emailRequired email address, max 255 characters.
default_support_phoneOptional phone number in an accepted phone format, max 20 characters.
default_contact_form_urlOptional URL for the organization contact form.
default_help_center_urlOptional URL for the organization help center.

User experience

The dashboard uses these values in customer-facing support surfaces. They are organization-level settings, not per-user API fields.

Support policy

If a payment, release, or SSO issue is reported, collect the organization domain, affected user email, endpoint name, timestamp, and sanitized response body. Do not collect secrets or bearer tokens.
