Addon catalog now available

The full SpaceMedia addon catalog is now live. Organization admins can browse, install, and manage addons directly from the dashboard, with free, one-time, monthly, and trial billing models supported. See the addons overview for the admin workflow and access rules.The following addons are available:
  • Enterprise Delivery API — programmatic access for delivery automation, platform integrations, and reporting syncs.
  • Release Smartlinks — branded release pages with DSP routing, admin priority rules, monetization options, and click analytics.
  • Theme Editor — brand the dashboard with draft preview, demo mode, and controlled publishing.
  • Support Desk Manager — ticketing with ownership, triage, and case history.
  • Knowledge Base Manager — structured help-center publishing for FAQ, onboarding, and policy content.

Full public API reference

The SpaceMedia public API now has a complete interactive reference with 66 endpoints covering authentication, artists, releases, tracks, revenue splits, user management, packages, billing, add-ons, copyright management, and quality control. You can explore every endpoint directly from the API playground with code examples in curl, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.

Airwallex payment gateway

Airwallex is now available as a payment gateway alongside Stripe and PayPal. Organization admins can configure Airwallex for subscriptions, pay-per-release orders, credit purchases, add-on checkouts, and copyright wallet top-ups. See payment settings for configuration details.Organizations can now view copyright summaries, statistics, wallet balances, and transaction history through both the dashboard and the API. Wallet top-ups are supported via all configured payment gateways. See the API reference for available copyright endpoints.

Add-on lifecycle management

Add-ons now support a full lifecycle: checkout, install, activate, deactivate, and uninstall. Organization users can manage add-ons through the dashboard or the API.

Credit purchases

A new checkout flow lets users purchase credits directly, with support for Stripe, PayPal, and Airwallex depending on which gateways the organization has configured.

Quality control queue

Organization admins now have access to a submitted release queue for quality control review, available through both the dashboard and the API.

SSO configuration

Both SSO modes are now fully documented:
  • Identity provider — use SpaceMedia as the identity provider for an external app, with OAuth client generation and optional JWT handoff. See identity provider settings.
  • Consumer sign-on — connect your organization to an external OAuth identity provider. See consumer SSO settings.

Branded email with Brevo

Organizations can configure a branded sender email through Brevo, including domain verification and DKIM/DMARC authentication. DNS TXT record status is visible in the dashboard. See email sender settings.
