> Define the support email, phone number, contact form URL, and help center URL that end users see inside your branded SpaceMedia portal.

# Support Settings

Support settings define where end users should go when they need help inside the branded portal.

## Fields

| Field                      | Validation and behavior                                               |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `default_support_email`    | Required email address, max 255 characters.                           |
| `default_support_phone`    | Optional phone number in an accepted phone format, max 20 characters. |
| `default_contact_form_url` | Optional URL for the organization contact form.                       |
| `default_help_center_url`  | Optional URL for the organization help center.                        |

## User experience

The dashboard uses these values in customer-facing support surfaces. They are organization-level settings, not per-user API fields.

## Support policy

If a payment, release, or SSO issue is reported, collect the organization domain, affected user email, endpoint name, timestamp, and sanitized response body. Do not collect secrets or bearer tokens.
