# Configure organization settings in SpaceMedia

> Overview of branding, payments, domains, email, support, SSO, and legal settings available to SpaceMedia organization admins in the dashboard.

# Organization Settings Overview

Organization settings are available to organization admins. This section covers only settings that an external organization can manage for its own portal.

## Settings areas

| Area         | Dashboard behavior                                                                                                                |

| Branding     | Site title, logo, colors, default label, registration captcha, custom labels, prepay, upgrade CTA, and social links.              |
| Payments     | Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, subscription checkout availability, Pay-Per-Release checkout availability, and masked gateway secrets. |
| Domain       | Branded subdomain, custom domain, base domain, domain update status, and DNS status checks.                                       |
| Email        | Brevo sender email, domain verification, domain authentication, and TXT record status.                                            |
| Support      | Organization support email, phone, contact form URL, and help center URL.                                                         |
| SSO identity | SpaceMedia as the identity provider for an organization-owned consumer app.                                                       |
| SSO consumer | SpaceMedia as an OAuth client connecting to an external identity provider.                                                        |
| Legal        | Organization terms of service and privacy policy content.                                                                         |

## Admin-only boundary

These settings are dashboard workflows backed by admin authorization checks. API docs focus on the separate organization API surface for content, payments, users, packages, add-ons, copyright wallet reads/top-ups, and reference data.

## Safe support policy

Ask for masked configuration screenshots or sanitized response samples only. Gateway secrets, API secrets, OAuth client secrets, JWT secrets, and live payment identifiers must not be pasted into tickets.
